With such a fantastic location in the basement level of the beautiful Alpen Ridge apartment building directly opposite the base of the Ace Family Pair lift we have found that it is perfect for guests and staff alike. Everyone has easy access to the chair which opens up the exciting Grand Hirafu Resort with the most variety of terrain and vertical of all the resorts in this area.

Our staff are all housed conveniently in the Hirafu village so there is easy access to restaurants, lifts, bars, convenience stores and onsens. All accommodation is arranged for staff so you can arrive and get straight on with enjoying the local area and getting ready for training.

NBS School does not boast the largest staff numbers in the area but we are number one in ensuring that all our staff have work throughout the whole season. It is important that our staff are supported and we acknowledge the efforts they have made to arrive here and help us to provide a special experience for our guests.
